How do I know what ear tip size I’ll need with Loop Quiet 2?Updated 6 months ago
We've redesigned the shape of the ear tip to fit a wider range of ear sizes, including smaller ears. This means the sizing for our ear tips has changed a bit, and your Loop Quiet™ 2 earplugs might feel different in your ear now. Even if you're used to a particular size from other Loop products, it's a good idea to try on each size (XS, S, M, L) of the new Loop Quiet™ 2 ear tips again to find your perfect fit.
Swapping out your ear tips is simple. Follow these four easy steps:
1. Gently pull the ear tip off your earplug.
2. Grab the new ear tip you want to use and hold it between your thumb and index finger.
3. Line up the ear tip with the earplug's stem and gently push and twist until it fits snugly. Having trouble with the silicone tip? Flip it inside out, push it onto the earplug, and then fold it back into place.
4. Pop them in your ears to see how they feel.
If they feel loose or tend to fall out, go up a size. If they’re too tight or stick out, go down a size. To test the fit, move your jaw from side to side – if they’re inserted correctly, they should stay put.
Just a heads up, you might need different sizes for your left and right ear.
